MyFord Touch doesn't download contacts since iOS 13 update

Ever since the update to iOS 13, MyFord Touch isn't downloading my phone contacts from my iPhone 8. It only downloads the numbers I've marked as favorites. So when a text comes in, where the popup window on SYNC used to show the name of the person sending the text, it now just shows the phone number. Ford is no longer supporting MyFord Touch, and my SYNC is up to date. I've tried deleting the phonebook and re-downloading it, but it still just downloads the numbers from my favorites list.

On your iPhone go to Settings > Bluetooth > Tap the circle to the right of your car with an i in it. Turn on Sync Contacts and then the contacts you want, such as All Contacts. While you're there make sure you have Show Notifications turned on if you want your car to let you know a text has come to your phone.

iPhone won't save Favorite contacts (First noticed in iOS 15.6, but it may have existed earlier. Still present in 15.7.) I am no longer able to save contacts as Favorites. I go through the same steps as previously worked: -- select contact from Contacts list -- tap Add to Favorites -- tap Call -- tap the number I want to add as a favorite But the number is not added to my Favorites list. There are plenty of favorites there already, added some time ago through exactly the same steps. There are various fixes cited on third-party sites, but none of them apply in my case. I'm not syncing contacts with other accounts or with iCloud; there is no duplication; there are no linked contacts; I'm on the latest iOS.

some contacts not syncing Bought the new M1 air last week. Transition from my 2015 13" was absolutely flawless. except for my contacts. Around 20-40% of my contact list is missing. These contacts do currently exist on my iPhone 13 and existed on my 2015 MacBook. For some reason they just aren't there on my new MacBook. Ive double checked the iCloud accounts matching and sync is turned on. fyi: I can still receive and send messages to these contacts, and they have their normal contacts when I'm texting them on my phone, but when I go to respond to them on my Mac they appear as an unsaved number.

Not all contact fields are syncing between my Macbook and iPhone. Some Apple Contacts on my iPhone are missing critical fields. In other words, not all fields are syncing between my MacBook and my iPhone. This is true of only some contacts -- not all. This is extremely inconvenient when I need to look up critical contact information and my laptop is not nearby. Anyone else have this problem? Anyone have a fix??
