How do I log in to VIC?

• What is my LOGIN?
  DL state + DL number
  (EX: DL 99998888 from Texas would be TX99998888)
• What is my password for my initial login?
  First letter of last name + last 4 characters of your driver's license or ID: (Ex., John, Smith,
  DL#08624587 -- > S4587)
