Apply as a freshman if you will graduate from high school this school term, or if you have already graduated and not attempted any college coursework.
Apply as a transfer student if you have already graduated from high school and have attempted or completed coursework at another college or university.
International admissions requirements apply to any student who is not a U.S. citizen or permanent resident, or who has international educational credentials.
A re-entry student is any student who has ever been admitted to and enrolled at LSU, but has not been enrolled at LSU for one or more fall/spring semesters.
A visiting student is any student who is enrolled and eligible to continue in coursework at another institution, but is interested in attending LSU for one semester.
